취소환불 규정 Cancellation Policy and Charges

예약취소시에는 최대한 빠른 시간내에 연락주시기 바랍니다.

이메일은 업무시간(09:00-18:00)중에 확인 가능하며 이후에 보낸 메일은 다음날을 기준으로 적용 됩니다.

이용일 7일전 취소시 : 10% 제외 후 환불
-
6~4일 이전 취소시 : 50% 제외 후 환불
-
3일 이전 취소시 또는 미도착시 no show : 환불 불가

어떠한경우에도 10% 예약금은 환불되지 않습니다.

체크인시 키 보증금 1인당 1만원이 부과되며 키반납시 환불됩니다.

단체예약은 별도의 계약된 취소환불 규정을 따릅니다.

We check e-mails during office hours. (09:00-18:00, Local time)
- If you send an e-mail outside of office hours, we will check the next day.

No charge for cancellations at least 7 days prior arrival date.

In any case, 10% deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation on 3 days prior to arrival date: 100% charge

Cancellation on 4-6 days prior to arrival date: 50%

Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date:10%

No-show will result in 100% accommodation charge for the night, no exceptions!

Key Deposit: KRW 10,000 per person must be paid upon check-in, this amount will be refunded at check-out (during office hours only).

만약 10시 이후 입실시 사전에 연락주시면 따로 안내드리겠습니다.

미고지시 노쇼로 간주되며 입실이 불가할 수 있습니다.

Latest check-in is 22:00, if you come later than 22:00, please inform us in advance.

If you arrive later than 22:00 without any notice, you may not be able to get in the hostel and you will be charged for the no-show.

In case of no-show, depending on bed availability, your entire reservation may be cancelled and cancellation policy will be applied.

예약 변경은 전화나 이메일로 최대한 빨리 연락을 주시기 바랍니다.
예약 상황에 따라 변경이 불가할 수도 있습니다.
1회에 한해 변경이 가능하며 변경후에는 예약 취소 및 추가 변경은 불가합니다.
If you need to change your reservation, please contact us via email at pobihouse@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your reservation request; however, it will depend on room/bed availability. You can change only one time. After you change the booking, you can't cancel and change your booking again.
